Bringing extensive knowledge of the real estate market, legal studies to his position as an accomplished and respected Real Estate agent, Diallo offers his clients an outstanding level of service.  His formal education and training in California in harmony with his many years of experience, allows Diallo to excel at every level of the real estate transaction.

Prior to earning his real estate license, and while attending college with an emphasis in legal studies Diallo attended Kaplan Professional Schools and completed their rigorous real estate course, passed school exam. Ms. Ward made the Valley her home in 1982 leaving the harsh Winter months of the Mid-West.

Prior to earning her Real Estate License, Ms. Ward has been in the Customer Service Profession for over 20 years.
Starting off with a Career at American Express for the first 5 years of being in Phoenix, decided to take a different Career path earning her Cosmetology License in 1987. Her first job was in a small 800 sq. ft. Salon that consisted of only her and the owner. After one year Ms. Ward purchased that business and flourished expanding to 1800 sq. ft. with three successful Salons over a 20-year span, having client relationships over 15 years. Ms. Ward has always provided her clients with a professional inviting environment.

Oversee all aspects of sellers transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreement.
Prepare all listing materials: pre-listing presentation, Listing Agreement, sellers’ disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull online property profile, research old multiple listing service (MLS) listings and etc.
Consult & coordinate with sellers all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements & marketing activities.
Obtain all necessary signatures on listing agreement, disclosures and other necessary documentation.
Coordinate showings & obtain feedback.
Provide proactive weekly feedback to sellers regarding all showings and marketing activities.
Coordinate all public open houses and broker open houses.
Input all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed.
Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
Input all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems.

2. Transaction Coordinator (Contract to Closing)
Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.
Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.

Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
Schedule, coordinate & attend closing process.
Input all client information into client database system.
Schedule 30 Day, 90 Day & 120 Day client customer service follow up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and to ask for referrals.

My name is David Eddings, realtor with Diallo Realty. I am originally from Las Cruces NM. Entered the Air Force on Sept 11, 1972. I only intended to spend my 4 years and get out. However, the chance to travel overseas kept me in the service. The next thing I know is I am a retired Air Force veteran with 23 years of service. I also have recently retired with United States Postal Service concluding over 42 years of federal and active duty service time. Day dealings with people from all types of backgrounds was part of the job I had as a letter carrier. Being able to listen and make decisions based upon what was said or what had transpired was key. I tried to be fair in all dealings I had. My past experiences dealing with different personalities and nationalities has help me in real estate for the past 13 years. Getting to know the different types of personalities and how to deal with them is key. I put those experiences to good use when having to deal with someone who is a Type A personality. Knowing what you are up against is very helpful when deciding on how to proceed with someone you are dealing with as a buyer or a seller.

On March 26, 1980 and grew up in the City of Philadelphia "The City of Brotherly love and Home of the Cheesesteak."  Mother of four handsome boys and two beautiful girls.  Relocated to Arizona in 2010.
